Happy Heart Method

Over the last 4 years I’ve created a method that I lovingly referred to as the Happy Heart Method. This is the process that I’ve taken myself and others though to move from overwhelm, exhaustion and frustration to Radiant, Joyful and Healthy.

In this 6 month Program we will have

90 minute Kickoff call- Get you in action and moving

2 Half day intensives – 1 will focus on Diet and the other will be customized to support you in the area you most need it.

2- 50 minute coaching calls per month-  To provide accountability, to support you each step along the way, to learn new skills and trouble shoot when things get tough.

Videos, PDF’s and Worksheets- Dive deeper into new skills, goals, and action steps.

Email Support- Ask questions and get clarity as needed in between session.
